Heart Matters Ministries and Restoration Outreach is a non-denominational, outreach ministry whose purpose is to advance the Kingdom of God; bringing freedom, wholeness, and healing to those who are bound, broken, sick, and wounded in spirit, soul, or body.
We believe God’s goodness, His favor, and His Holy Spirit are still moving on earth today to bring reconciliation, restoration, healing, and fulfillment to mankind. We are ordinary people, serving an extraordinary God.

Fred and Judee Wilson are retired educators who have a heart for seeing God move in the lives of people. We serve a loving Heavenly Father whose heart for us is demonstrated in the following verses:
John 3:16 (NASB) For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
Romans 5:8 (Amplifed Bible) But God shows and clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us.
2 Peter 3:9 (NASB) The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.
James 1:16-17 (NASB) Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.
Heart Matters Ministries was created as a vehicle for us to reach out in this world to touch lives with the love, mercy, grace, and power of our awesome God.
